"My complex was sent a notice my Renter's Ins. was cancelled!! I had until June and my insurance is supposed to be electronically submitted. Thankfully, Wanda sent proof to me immediately that it was paid, the company didn't call me, or use my electronic payment;( I should've been notified 1st. Since then: My car jumped a curb when in my parking space and I awaited almost two weeks for the appraiser/appraisal;( I didn’t know Stare Farm stops paying at $1000. I had to pay out of pocket OVER $600. + Furious with my insurance company, who never warned me it’d take that long, I had to pay for the extra days rental car;(;( Enterprise did everything to discount my “surprise bill” as a senior, which was even higher. Don’t be fooled by the comercial cause “State Farm was NOT ALWAYS THERE FOR ME!!”"
